K2 Coaching LLC provides coaching, training, and consulting services designed for the people on the frontlines of care—foster parents, residential staff, skills trainers, educators, coaches, and community members who work with youth and young adults experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges.

Founded and led by Key Dickey (she/her), a BIPoC and LGBTQ+ professional with over a decade of leadership experience in Oregon’s highest-level inpatient youth mental health and therapeutic foster care systems, K2 Coaching delivers training and coaching that is both trauma-informed and relationship-centered.

Our mission is to help individuals, teams, and organizations build the practical skills and relational insight needed to serve youth with compassion, professionalism, and resilience all while prioritizing the safety and well-being of all involved in he helping relationship.
